    Hi,

    I am writing this post, in case it might help others.

    I have been using the same controller « day one edition » since I have it.

    Recently, I have experienced something weird! I could not start any application.

    When I pressed the green X button, I could see the frame blinking, but nothing would start.

    When I could finally start Titanfall, it keeps looking up by itself, rendering the game impossible to play.

    So, I have decided to change the controller and everything is ok now.

    The Day One Edition controller was the problem.

    Hope it might help others (sorry for my english).

    My controller was already updated, and I just tried to re-update it, but the problem still occurs. And I don't really want to replace my controller, because it's a Day One Edition, unless I could replace it for another Day One Edition controller. Do you
    know if I could replace it for a Day One Edition controller?

    I Have the same exact problem. Day one edition controller. Guess that's where that 500 million dollars went to reinvent the Xbox one controller. Frigging crap Microsoft!

    Sounds like a battery/charger pack issue. Have you replaced the batteries?

    Ok. Unfortunately, there isn't much troubleshooting you can do with an Xbox One Controller.

    You may have to request a new controller through the online service center (http://myservice.xbox.com). If your Xbox is still under warranty, it might be covered.
