Controller/Xbox bug

One day I was trying to play some games like Minecraft and The Binding of Isaac, and sometimes when i tri playing them I couldn't move or select the menus, so i checked the controller options in the games and it showed that two names were active, when i only use 1 controller. Ive checked around and no other controllers are on, so i essentially created an invisible,nonexistent and indestructible player 1 that i cannot make myself that player one or remove it, my controller that i mainly uses acts as if it's a second controller that logged in. Btw my controller is wireless and i have no clue how to remove this invisible player 1 controller or how i even got this bug in the first place

I have another xbox one controller because my other xbox one controllers left stick keep spam down and my right stick start to move random. Before getting a new xbox one controller, I use this cheap xbox one controller for months without it showing
sign of the weird bug, the glitche that it toying with the left stick and right stick. Then after this weird bug. thing messing around those sticks I got me another cheap xbox one controller. I been using it for months without a problem. Then there that weird
disease bug messing around the left stick and right stick. I went back to use the old xbox one controller that catch the weird bug but it seem to recover from this weird bug? The old xbox one controller return back to normal. Then I been using it for months
without a problem. But then the weird bug return back to the old xbox one controller. And all what is doing is messing with the left stick and right stick. I don't want to buy a another cheap xbox one controller. I don't want to remove the xbox one controllers
outside layer to remove the part in the left stick and right stick that allow me to click. Because that does not get rid of the weird bug. How did my old xbox one controller is cure from this weird bug? Why the weird bug return back to my old xbox one controller?
I don't want to keep buying xbox one controller. I want to clean it from this weird bug without open it. I think the old xbox one controller is trying to fix itself to return to normal.

It did not show a update for my xbox one controller.

Hey Reny!

It sounds like some of your controller functions were possibly re-mapped using the Xbox Accessories app. Let's have you plug your controller into your Xbox One via USB cable and try

resetting the buttons to default. Also double check that your controller is fully

updated.

If that doesn't help, can you try using a different controller to see if that one works? That'll be the easiest way to narrow down where the problem might be.

Reset your controller to default settings

Select your controller in the app and choose Configure.

Select Restore defaults. This will return your controller to its original factory configuration.

Yes, i got a USB cable controller and tried exactly as you told me, it had no effect.
