Microsoft stopped selling it as a stand alone accessory a few years ago. You can still buy them, but they are now only included with the Xbox 360 Games For Windows Wireless controllers. These Games for Windows controllers also work with the Xbox 360 console
too.

A 360 controller will work with a 360 console, and an Xbox one controller will work with an Xbox One, but a 360 controller will not work with an Xbox One and vice versa.
