    Hi , I have two controllore came from an old xbox one. Now I have a new S (come from UK) and my old controllers don-t work (impossible to connect). ANy idea before I buy another controller?

    Xbox pads are universal on all one/s/x consoles, connect them by pressing the key where you change the batteries together with the Xbox button on the console, or connect the USB wire between the console and pad and see if you also fix it by updating the

    Try connecting the controller using a USB cable. Go to settings -->Kinect and devices --> Xbox accessories and see if that works and update the firmware. Make sure you do not break the connection during the update process as that leaves the controler broken.

    Xbox hardware is supposed to be region free, so it should be working.
