Controller - won't work

Hi!

I have problem with my controller. Left stick won't work correctly. I was on this page https://support.microsoft.com/pl-pl/devices but I can't register my controller. I bought it 10 months ago. I tried to contact with living person but this stupid website
give me only possibilites to talk with bot. What to do?

Hey Pheeble -

That's not a good sign. If your controller is currently non-responsive to new batteries and a USB cable as well, it sounds like it might be dead. I'd consider purchasing a new controller at this point.

Do you get a specific error message when you try to register the controller for a service repair?

 

Yes. I did all 3 steps, and I've got information that my controller had to be replaced. I can't register it. I can register only new xbox one device.

Yes, my controller is on warranty. Then I go to contact us page. Then I talk to bot. And then when I wrote about my problem i get here - Xbox One Wireless Controller Help | Fix Your Xbox One Controller

And story begin. When I get here https://support.microsoft.com/pl-pl/devices i can't register my controller. I chose xbox one, then sending device to service, then service online in choose category i mark accesorries, then normal controller, i write my addres,
and in step 2 i get this information: don't find any records. accessory or device isn't available.
