Controller wont work after the controller update?

Hey,

So I just purchased the Atlas headset for my xbox one (Turtle beach) but when I plug it in and try to install the update it said I had no USB connected when it clearly was and no my Xbox one controller will not switch on.

I have plugged the play and charge kit in and it doesn't work.

What do I do?

My Xbox One controllers home button isn't working

if my Xbox is off the home button will still turn the console on but after that the home button wont work. I already updated the controller and I've tried another controller and I had the same problem. All of the other buttons work correctly on the controller
other than the he home button.

Did you update the controller's firmware?

 

mine controller wont start, the light wont go on but he has power.

 

Sorry, I just realized I totally misread the title of this forum! I thought it just said "update" instead of "controller update"
