Controller won't turn on.

Ok so to start let's just put it out there that I've already looked this up online and tried every single troubleshooting method I've had thrown at me. Plugging it in directly, hard reseting my xbox, pressing the sync button, all of it. None of it is working
and my patience for this is deteriorating quickly. The controller is barely a month out of the box ( the first controller suffered from a bad right thumbstick that drifted up for no apparent reason. ) I'm a little tired of dropping $60 on something that won't
even work for a full year. I don't mistreat my controllers and I always store them in a safe place when not in use. After having looked it up I've noticed the issue I'm currently having is fairly common, so I'd really just like a working solution at this point.
All help would be appreciated, I'm at my wits end here

Controller won't turn on

my Xbox one controller will not turn on. I logged on and my Xbox said that the controller needed an update, so I plugged it into the USB on the Xbox and now it won't turn on. This is now the second time this has happened to me. Help please

Xbox controller won't turn on

So I just got a brand new Xbox headset and I logged onto my xbox one and it said it wanted to update my controller. I plugged it in with a usb cable and it started updating. A second layer it said something went wrong and my controller might be unresponsive
for a few moments. It's now been 10 minutes and it won't turn on...... HELP!!!

pff, whit a division update , my controller stoped recharging, its like they blocked the usb port on my xboxone, cuss any cable wont work, im using dobble aa bateries, its works fine, but no cables works, and when i try to update my controlller says that
theres no controlller connected, i tryed every cable that i have and nothing works, its blocked the usb port of the console

Thanks for reaching out to the Forums for advice on how to deal with this issue. I can totally understand how this could drive anyone a little nuts. The thing is, if the steps

outlined here did not do the trick and your controller is not eligible for a
warranty replacement, you would more than likely have to replace it yourself.

I'm having the same problem except I never installed any PC drivers. Another issue is that the console won't turn on in response to the controller. I'll turn on the controller but the console won't come on. It'll turn on with voice command or from the console
itself.
