Controller wont turn on & issues with support

So my XB1 controller wont connect to the console. Ive followed all the steps in the troubleshooting guide but to no avail. S now im going through the Online Service Center. Or at least trying to because having registered my device, it doesn't show up in
the list of devices. So I try again and it tells me that the device has already been registered. But its not there?

What do I do now?

Xbox one stays on home page, controller unresponsive.

When I turn on the Xbox One with my controller, it stays on the home page and wont move. Controller is unresponsive, I cannot sign in, nor anything else.

It was working fine last night, with no apparent issues. Any ideas?

 

Controller wont turn on

So basically last week my controller decided it didn't want to turn on at all. When I press the power button it just lights up instantly and turns off when I let go. I've tried changing batteries and using a usb but it just does the same thing. Also the
sync button wont work either so that doesn't help. Any ideas on how to fix it pls??
