Controller won't sync after being taken apart

I took my control apart because the left analog would drift. When I put the controller back together it wouldnt sync to the Xbox one. I tried updating It, hard restart, re-syncing it, starting the Xbox up with the controller, nothing works. The only way
the controller works is by hooking it up via usb to the console. Can anyone help me?

360 black controller constantly points up

my controller Is less than a year old ..In The Last few months It has been acting As If The Right toggle Is Being pushed up all The time..

Sometimes After charging It won't Do This Then After a While It starts Doing It While I am playing..

I Have taken It apart and cleaned The toggles with rubbing alcohol and Still Didn't fix The issue ...

Any ideas ?

 

Controller won't sync

My xbox one s controller that I bought a few days ago won't connect to my xbox, it can connect fine wirelessly to my PC or phone but not to my xbox one. My original controller will still connect to my console. The new one works via USB and there are no updates
available for it. Does anyone have any solutions?

I held the power for 10 seconds on the controller and it didn't help.

 

I already tried the hard restart on my Xbox, the 10 second hold doesn't work because of the kinect.

 

you might have to replace or use usb on the controller

 

Yeah I'd rather not... It can't be broken, I just took it apart. What else can I do?

 

well do you remeber putting everthing back cause if you lost a part it will not read the controller without a usb

 

This is the frustrating thing, it's all together with all parts but still doesn't work. It should work, all I did was take it apart then put it back together 1 minute later.
