    Controller won’t scroll up


    Ok so I usually play Xbox daily but just yesterday I noticed something that I haven’t seen before. When I try to scroll up with the left stick, it doesn’t not always follow. It it very inconsistent, as it sometimes does scroll up, sometimes not. I’ve had the controller for nearly 2 years now so I wouldn’t be surprised if it’s dirty or something like that but does anyone have any suggestions?

    If this only happens with this controller I would say it's a problem with the controller's hardware. Instead of buying a new controller, I would take the controller to an electronics repair shop in my city, it would be cheaper than buying a new one.

    Xbox controller disconnected issue

    Thanks for suggestions I did fail to mention that when the controller disconnects it turns off and won’t turn back on. I also did connect to iPhone and it miraculously opened weather app and I could scroll up and down at location request but didn’t work to close or do anything else. Another trouble shoot I did was power cycle the console which works but however not permanent.

    I’ve tried this along with changing the batteries. In the controller itself. The controller lights up and flashes but won’t sync when I press the sync button.
