Controller won’t charge

it could be a fault of the controller verifies to have the updated control but if the problem still persists and you still have a guarantee make use of it

I believe is your controller. If you say that is not old, and if you still got the warranty, appy it.

So recently i noticed my old play and charge kit was dying pretty fast and whenever i plugged it in to charge it would say it was fully charged already, which i knew it wasn’t. So i went out and bought a new one thinking that would fix the problem. Turns
out it doesn’t charge at all either. I don’t know what the problem is. The controller works fine if i leave it plugged in or put batteries in but it won’t charge with the play & charge kit for some reason.

Forgot to mention but everything is up to date, the console and controller.

Its an Xbox One X and a Xbox One Elite controller, a white one.

It seems u have a working controller.. May be the slot for the battery whuch supports play and charge kit isn't working and ur battery is not helping either.. If u have another controller try the kit on that and if the problem persists do send the controller
for repair ...
