    Controller will not update for XO four


    Just bought a Turtle Beach XO Four and I am trying to update the controller but I'm having problems. I get to the update percetage screen, the controller powers down and xbox says USB is not connected. The update won't start. I have taken out the batteries,
    tried with the batteries, tried every usb port on the xbox, tried multiple usb cords, three different controllers, firmware on the xbox is up to date, restored xbox to factory settings and re-updated, exchanged the headset for a new one, tried update while
    I'm signed in, when Im not signed in. Nothing has worked. I am the only user on the xbox, I'm wondering if there is some kind of security setting I need to change to allow the update? Please help.

    Turtle Beach XO Four Stealth Headset

    I just bought the Turtle Beach XO Four Stealth headset for my XBox One. When I follow TB's instructions to connect the headset, the update does not pop up. When I go through the settings to manually update it says it is up-to-date already. I have the older

    Turtle Beach XO Four Headset

    Hello, my girlfriend just got the Turtle beach XO Four headset and it says in order to work properly you need to update the controller. There is no update available, Ive removed battery and have plugged the controller in WITH the adapter and head set attached
    and still nothing.

    Does anyone have a solution for this?

    Im looking at the turtle beach XO four stealth, they come with an adapter, but i wanted to be sure mic monitoring would work just plugging strait into the new controller. The adapter interferes with the paddles on scuf. Anyone have experience with XO four
