Controller will not Snyc or turn in system.

I purchased my Xbox one on September 9. First thing is first, when I got my system set up my controller did not turn on the system. I had to manually turn it on every day. At first I thought it was normal. Well after a few days (September 22) my controller
all of a sudden lost connection with my Xbox one. I put new batteries in still no connection. The controller blinks around 7 to 8 times and than shuts off.

Yes I tried a power cycle 5 times. I bought a charge pack, fully charged it and still nothing. I tried re syncing using the sync buttons and still does not work. I went to the FAQ and did every step. There is not interference. No metal. It is mot blocked
by anything.

I am going to try and reinstall the firm ware. If that doesn't work I am going to try and do a factory reset. And of that still doesn't work than I am going to take it back to Gamestop. I just want to know, is everyone else having this issue and besides
the obvious responses, has anyone solved this issue?

console won't recognize wireless controllers at all

using the controller via the cable,try holding in the snyc button while the controller is turned off,keep it pressed while turning on the controller then wait and see if it connects.dont let go of the snyc button until it does.

 

Xbox One X

Just in the last week or so , controller will not turn on system. Light flashes on controller and does nothing, batteries fully charged, hard reset system, re-synced controller worked for 2 days now doing same thing. Any solutions? Really annoying!

 

After the September update (1409) controls were several problems! My control and that of many people is disconnecting all the time! There are people who control begins to push the buttons alone! We are waiting for the MS to decide upon or fix the problem
through an update!

 

It it is an existing problem because of an update than is it worth replacing? I mean if its due to an error with an update the chances of it happening again with a new system is high than.

 

Exactly! Many people switched the console and got the same problem! We have to wait for MS to fix the problem! I created a topic about our problem! Take a given!
