    Controller will not connect


    My controller will not connect to my console and the button to connect it to the controller is not working (will not blink ) My power brick is also having the issue where the light is orange and I have to manually turn it to white again. I don't know if
    these issues are connected but would like to get to the bottom of this so that I can fix it. Any help is appreciated

    CONTROLLER WILL NOT CONNECT

    That is an issue caused by the console. Try resetting your console to factory settings:

    Turn off your device.

    The turn it on using your gampad.Press and hold the Guide button until it turns on.

    While the device is booting, press and hold the Y button + right trigger. The Xbox 360 logo will appears (keep the button pressed)

    The device will restart and you'll get the Xbox 360 logo again.

    The display settings are now reset to the defaults

    Hey there!

    If the power supply is a solid orange color, all that means is that your Xbox One console is receiving power and is completely normal. Unless the power supply is flashing the orange light, you have nothing to worry about there. If your power supply is flashing
    orange, please run through the steps on our
    Console won't power on     page.

    In regards to your Xbox One controller, please follow each the steps on our
    Xbox One Controller wont' power on page    .

    My Xbox controller won’t connect

    So recently my Xbox wasn’t connecting to the internet at all. The servers weren’t shut down, the Xbox would just not connect to the wifi. The Xbox gave me a notification that it had to do with a problem with the connection of the controller. The
    controller would have to be restarted and connect to the wifi. It restarted the controller but it wouldn’t connect to the Xbox. I tried syncing the controller like when I first got it, I tried other controllers, and I even tried using a cable to connect the
    controller to the Xbox, yet it still won’t connect.
    Other controllers works?

    Updates:

    Paired both controllers to console at the same time. Both controllers lost and regain sync at the same time.

    Paired Elite controller to iPhone. No disconnects.

    Paired one controller to console and other to phone. Controller connected to console disconnected, controller connected to iPhone stayed connected.

    Have you tried connecting headset to controller with a headset adapter connected to controller. The adapter has volume controls on it.
