Controller will NOT Connect

I am extremely annoyed and have tried everything and read everything about this problem. Here's what I have;

So half of the time or more whenever I turn on the xbox my controller is not connected anymore. So I do this; I remove and reinsert my batteries a few times and sometimes at the 7th attempt or something it connects again. And at other times this battery
replacing doesnt help and I turn off the xbox and restart it. This seems to work. But at other times both of these things dont work. I am then unable to play. My question is how the hell am I supposed to find out what the problem is with this controller if
all the tips from youtube the forums and xbox support all dont seem to help?? I have no clue why my controllers seems to Reconnect suddenly after I have shut down and restarted my xbox for like 5 times.. Also, there are no other devices around the xbox so
these could not interfere. And note that whenever it DOES connect it does NOT lose its connection except for whenever I shut down the xbox and restart it the following day. So I am expetiencing that I have a good product because it is not disconnecting whilst
gaming but only after I start up the xbox the following day. Howis this possible? And please dont come up with the standard tips on how to deal with disconnection issues because believe me I have tried enough.

I am pretty frustrated that I have thisbproblem because I am just unable to play.
