Controller warranty

Hi

I have purchased Xbox one s console and an additional controller separately. Both my additional controller and the controller which came with xbox are not functioning. I am looking for replacement warranty for both. I can replace one controller through my
xbox warranty. but how should i go ahead with replacement of the controller which bought separately?

Depends how long you've had it as may be out of warranty already as you only get 3 months warranty with controllers

Yes as long as it's within a year you can submit a repair and have it sent to get fixed. Make sure your console is registered on your account though. You can this by logging into xbox.com, clicking on my account and selecting manage devices. You can also
submit a repair on that page too.

Contact Xbox Customer Support to see what options or information they have available regarding this issue. You can also review the process online here: Getting
your Xbox console or Kinect sensor serviced. (Controllers are covered by consoles warranty)

The length of warranty depends on your location/country

I believe that controllers have a 90 day warranty

controller warranty, in the future for any controller. Your controller looks as it may be in warranty as the warranty is 120 days for a design lab controller.

Standard warranty for Xbox accessories is 90 days, or 3 months. Unfortunately, it seems like you are outside of warranty. you can however, check your controllers serial number here : Controller
Warranty

If you are out of warranty, we can only recommend replacing the controller.
