    Controller Warranty


    If my controller is "loose", is that covered under the warranty and able to be sent in to Microsoft to receive a new one? The controller shifts and squeaks around the palm area whenever I play.

    Also, not a heavy gamer and it has only received about a month of usage.

    Depends how long you've had it as may be out of warranty already as you only get 3 months warranty with controllers

    Yes as long as it's within a year you can submit a repair and have it sent to get fixed. Make sure your console is registered on your account though. You can this by logging into xbox.com, clicking on my account and selecting manage devices. You can also
    submit a repair on that page too.
