    Controller Warranty Webpage down, fix for this?


    As stated I'm getting an error when attempting to access the controller warranty and repair webpage. After inputting my serial number and clicking "request controller replacement", I'm met with an error message. Tried requesting a replacement through the
    virtual assistant and was met with another error message saying "I'm having some technical difficulty right now."

    Is anyone else experiencing this? I'm using Google Chrome, and but also tried this through the browser on my Series X to no avail.

    We are not allowed to discuss self repair on these forums. If the controller is still under warranty then you will be able to arrange for it to be serviced through
    this webpage. If your controller is no longer under warranty then you will need to purchase a replacement controller.

    I think repairs of controllers apart from warranty repairs is no longer offered by Microsoft however as your controller is one of the limited edition ones it may be worth checking on the
    Service Centre webpage to see if it will allow you to create a service request. To try creating the request select your Xbox One console in the list of devices then select accessories from
    the pull down list.

    An update to Xbox Controller (has the 3.5mm port) on Xbox One via Xbox Accessories has effected it's bluetooth capabilities on PC

    There appears to be no post-warranty support for these Xbox Controllers with things boiling down to buy a new one.

    For obvious reasons; this won't do. The only solution is for my Xbox One console to prompt a new firmware update for the controller that fixes it.

    contact us option and the Xbox team should be able to help raise the service request.

    Cant connect to XBL. The I Test The Connection, everything is Connected, but still cant sign in?

    XBL is currently down right now. They are aware of the issue and are working to fix it ASAP.
