    Hi,

    I am having an issue with my elite controller, the left analogue stick tracking left.

    I am trying to register my product via the website for the warranty but keep getting an error code saying that there is a problem at your end:

    We’re sorry, but something went wrong at our end. Please try again later. (70jLdpbJP0OQBnAs.22)

    I am trying to contact support via Twitter but have NEVER received a response about this issue or any other issue I have tried to contact you about.

    Could someone please contact me about my issues as I am seriously losing faith in the Xbox brand.

    How long is the warranty on an advanced replacement?

    Hey Phub! Sorry about the confusion. Per this link if you think the expiration date of your warranty is different than what it should be, please contact support listed in that article! Hope this helps!

    Please contact xbox support to start a warranty repair on an elite controller, there are extra steps for that particular device:

    The problem is that I cannot register the product using the link provided to even start a warranty repair, due to the issues and the error codes.

    You need to contact xbox support to help you set up a repair for elite controllers as you can't simply register them with serial number.
