  1. Controller Vibration - can I turn it off?

It's not just about them implementing or coding in a new update, which would be nice this type of functionality should have been a day one requirement!!! Not only a master on/off switch for rumble/vibration on the console but for the Trigger feed back as
well. I mean all the talk they had about we've updated our controller 40 different ways and one of the most noticeable updates trigger feed back was utterly ruined because horrendous rumble/vibration. I would think one of the most defining features would have
a master switch. Let me put it this way in console/controller settings it should have been rumble/vibration - on/off then trigger feed back - on/off. I'm in aww how this has not been addressed yet, I JUST WANT MY TRIGGERS TO FEED BACK IS THAT SO HARD MS!!!
If the game doesn't support the trigger feed back fine but when the game does support it that's all I want to feel the slight pulse when I brake, accelerate, shoot, punch, you name it if the game has it I would I like to notice it. This is garbage because
I turn off vibration in all my x1 games(that have that option!)it turns off the one update I had looked forward to using(controller wise)when x1 released. It's just disappointing that MS has swept such a genuinely great feature under the rug by assuming people
either want it all on or all off then leaving it up to the developer of the games to make the decision for the masses(which seems lazy on MS's side of things). Like Lei Fang DOAX3 said the controller vibrates for almost everything and kills the entire sensation
of the triggers that could have been a great new experience for people who hate vibration just as much as me but might have looked forward to something different other that just GRGRGRGRGR!!! I'm really annoyed with this topic and it makes me want to smash
my controller just looking at it now!!! PLEASE FIX IT THE RIGHT WAY MS and not the half asked version, fix both vibration & triggers to work as two different functions although it's highly unlikely they implement the suggestions I'm making, if they do update
the controller it will probably be just a main vibration on/off switch which ill state before hand that that will be BS MS!!!!!! Look I did it again oops

    vibration is simply annoying.

is there a 'how-to' to rip out that thing from the controller? obviously MS is not adding this basic feature anytime soon.

  6. You're going to need to google that me old mate. Somehow I doubt Microsoft would allow us to tell people how to cut wires inside the controller.

  8. Controller Vibration - can I turn it off?

I doubt they will, unfortunately, Lei Fang. It's now considered a standard feature - not having it would be like having a car without windows. Controller Vibration - can I turn it off? ;)

  9. Hello "Galactic Geek" Controller Vibration - can I turn it off? :)

If it is so hard for Microsoft to make the Master Off setting for the rumble in the console set-up, Microsoft should make it MANDATORY to have a " Rumble Off " option on ALL Xbox One games Controller Vibration - can I turn it off? :)

Have a nice day or afternoon or night Controller Vibration - can I turn it off? :)

  10. Hello "Galactic Geek" Controller Vibration - can I turn it off? :)

Shouldn't the ability to turn off the rumble function in a game's options menu be standard by now?

  11. yeah one would think so anyway, I still have a couple of games that do not allow me to shut the device off in my game menu, madden 25 cant do it, so glad I sniped the wires on one of my controllers, I don't like the feel of that rumble package, jus snip
the wires, End of my problems.

  12. jus pop the side covers off an you will see some wires, my first attempt I jus clipped the black or darker colored wires, my second one I sniped them all both ways work fine, NO more rumble, don't try an open these controllers they are WAY harder to open
    than the 360's

Controller Vibration - can I turn it off?

It would be appreciated by those who don't like it for M to release an Update to allow users to turn off the magnitude 10 earthquake rumble controller in your hands. Try telling children especially girls that "this is standard". I know of some friends who
said eww I'm not touching that again. I wouldn't be surprised if some get a shock at how violently it vibrates, they through it at the TV screen or smash a window in their house, oops. Sure you can open your controller but only if you don't mind that your
controller warranty will be Void if you do. I'm sure reverse engineering especially on consoles can get your account banned from XBL too. Older peps in their 30s or 40s may not have any problems with it but they might moan their hands are too big for the controller
    buttons.

Man I hate the rumble feature with a passion. I used to have it on 360 for the first few months but after turning it off just to see how it'd be, I absolutely fell in love with not having any more vibration. It's useless to me. Just uses more batteries without
offering anything of value. Thankfully a lot of games have a setting seperately for turning vibration off but unfortunately not all of them seem to have it. I wish MS would listen to us and offer an option to turn that horrible thing off.
