Controller verbindet sich nicht [Translation-Controller doesn't connect]

Hallo zusammen,

ich habe seit einigen Wochen folgendes Problem...

immer wenn meine Xbox im standby modus ist verbindet sich mein Controller nicht mehr mit der Xbox.

Damit es funktioniert muss ich sie immer wieder neu starten.

Es handelt sich um eine Xbox One X und es tritt bei jedem Controller auf.

Ich hoffe jemand kann mir helfen.

Hast du einmal versucht den Controller mit einem Kabel mit der xbox zu verbinden, wenn das normale verbinden nicht mehr klappt?

Hi Tim,

Thanks for your response; I believe Brad is asking if your Xbox console is plugged directly to a power outlet or to a power strip/surge protector for power.

I hope this clears things up.

Hello Tim,

I am curious, do you have the console plugged directly into the wall? If it is plugged into a surge protector or ext. cord it can cause issues with the controller connecting. How old is the controller also?
