    Controller: Up on left analog does not work


    The left analog stick is giving me trouble where pushing up to walk forward doesn't really work. You end up stutter stepping, almost like the connection isn't really established or registered. All other directions seem to work just fine. This is the case
    with any game that is played. I switched to the controller in question because I was having issues with my other controller which drifts upwards; I've already posted in a different thread regarding the latter.

    I have tried different games and the problem persists. I've tried a different controller, but the issue is only with the controller in question. Truth be told, I am not certain if the issue happens on the dashboard or in other apps, as I have not tried
    that yet. I've turned the controller off/on, rebooted (complete power down, no power saving settings) the console, reseated the battery. All to no avail.

    Any tips on how to get this controller working properly?

    The only other problem with the controller is the "window" (not menu) button requires really pushing in on to get the system to register that you're pushing it.

    XBOX ONE Controller Dpad

    On my XBOX ONE controller the left and right buttons on the Dpad dont always work. Some times left and right on the analog stick does it to but not very often. Any one ells having this problem.

    Xbox One Controller Left Analog Stick Issue

    For about a week now my Xbox One Controller has been randomly imputing the up direction on the left analog stick when i'm not using it. It doesn't appear to be off center and it works fine when I move it myself, it for example doesn't move up and the direction
    i'm pushing the left analog stick. It does however override the d-pad. Is there a fix for this and is anyone else having this issue?

    M$ - WHY DO YOU CHARGE $60 FOR SUCH FAILURE PRONE POS CONTROLLERS?

    The left analog sticks on Xbox controllers don't seem to last. I've gone through maybe four xbox 360 controllers that ended up messing up on the left analog. $60 is a lot of money I agree, but you can find some good deals on controllers online. And if the
    MS branded controllers don't work for you, why not try a third party controller? I have one from some company that is a bit cheap, but it's been working for almost a year now with no problems. Sometimes third party works better.

    What WoodyApollo0548 posted does work, you have to use the analog stick in order to put in the code up,up,down,down,left,right,left,right,up,up,up,up. Then the Menu pops up and sign out is at the bottom. Worked for me!
