    Controller/UI Not Responding


    So basically I have this issue where a lot of the times if I'm playing a game and hit the Xbox button on the remote the remote stops communicating with the Xbox One console. I could be playing say Destiny and I'll go Home to check something and I'll try
    to move left or right or even select a tile but it doesn't work. Even trying to reconnect the remote to the Xbox One with no luck. Only way it'll work is if I shut down the Xbox by holding by finger on the power button for 10 seconds. If I try just putting
    the Xbox to sleep the remote stays on. Anyone else having this issue?

    Xbox one Getting Windows 10.

    Cortana, holograms, and a more flexible youth friendlier and personal UI and a faster responding UI. I am sick of squares and that inflexible windows 8 UI.

    This is not normal behavior...have you contacted official support via chat to further troubleshoot?

    I would start there with them and if they are unable to identify a problem than can be fixed, please be sure to have the console repaired.

  5. I am having the exact same problem with my xbox. The controller will not function, and my Kinect will no longer be working. A few times I could see that the xbox was reporting the kinect was disconnected and then reconnected numerous times (it was connected
    the entire time). I had to shutdown the xbox and then unplug the power for a few seconds and plug it back in. This has happened numerous times and is becoming very frustrating.

    There were a few times when the controller stopped working but the Kinect continued to work but was extremely slow.

    There were a few times when the controller did not work and the kinect did not work at all (no dialogue about the kinect being disconnected it just wouldn't work).

    My wireless router is about 50 ft from my Xbox and should be interfering. I do have a set of PX5 turtle beach wireless head phones.

    I'm having the same issue as well. It has decreased in occurrence, but still randomly happens and the only solution is a hard reset which is not good for the console. I still haven't figured out what causes it and my original post concerning this was never
    answered.

    Xbox One Day One Edition Console.

    I have had zero problems with the PS4 i borrowed off my friend to try out, the UI doesnt crash, the controller is nice and the games install alot quicker. I would rather have had an Xbox One but as MS customer support never replies to tweets or responds
    to emails i give up.
