Controller triggers dont work on pc

    Controller triggers dont work on pc


    LT/RT arent working on my pc but they do on my xbox one and used to on pc. Any help?

    The controller is connected ti my pc as all other buttons work. The triggers also work on console

    First, welcome to the Xbox community. I'm sorry you're having this problem.

    Before we try any different solutions, make sure your controller is updated to the latest firmware version. You may be doing this through accessory apps that can be installed from the Microsoft store.

    *After downloading, follow the instructions below to update it.

    Open the Xbox Accessories app;

    Connect the Xbox Wireless Controller using a USB cable or Xbox Wireless Adapter for Windows (Windows 10 Anniversary Update is required for this option to work);

    When the control is connected, you will see the message “Update required” if there is something required;

    Install the update.

    *If that doesn't work try the official solutions given by Microsoft in the link below.

    Mad Catz Fightstick TE2 triggers not working

    The regular xbox one controller works, even the trigger buttons but the Mad Catz Fight Stick triggers do not.

    I dont really understand why the game pad works and the fight stick doesn't, there both technically the same controller with the same buttons except one that fits in your palm and the other is 4 times the size and sits on your table.

    They both work on the xbox one, so with the controller drivers installed under windows it should be the same.

    Hope this gets resolved.

    Hey BlubberMetal, your Xbox One controllers are covered with the Xbox One's console warranty. Contact support by phone and they should help you setup a fulfillment order for a controller.
