    Hello i have controller which is based by xbox 360 controller, so when i use wireless connection both trigger aren't as trigger, they work lie single button , like ps4 controller R2 L2.

    Do you know the make and model of the 3rd party controller? It may not be compatible with the technology but can't confirm until I know more about it.

    No it's from another brand , when i use wired connection windows controller driver detects triggers as z-axis and show how much i push trigger.
    but in wreless it shows as button in the event that the https://gamepad-tester.com/ can detects trigger and RT LT potentiometer.

    To make sure that I understand, you have an Xbox 360 wireless controller but the triggers aren't working? Is this with one game or multiple games? If both triggers are not functioning and this problem happens for all of your games, the controller could be defective and may need to be replaced.

    I tried to look up this model number, do you have a link to the website you purchased it from? I couldn't find it anywhere online. Thanks

    Edited to add:

    I found this website that sells the iPega PG-9118 and it says that its compatible for Andriod, IoS, and PC. If you're using this for PC, check out the Xbox support article on how to get the latest windows and driver updates and see if you can update drivers for the controller.

    If that doesn't work, you may have to contact the manufacturing company or the company that you purchased the controller from for further hardware troubleshooting and support.

    You should check the drivers to see if they are updated for that controller, but because it's third-party there may be limited troubleshooting we can provide for it.

    Here's an Xbox support article on how to get the latest windows and driver updates. Check that out and see if it helps.
