Controller synced but unresponsive

There might be interference from other devices. Cellphones are a big culprit. Try moving you cellphone away from the controller

Also, switch the controller off and then on again. You can also re-sync it.

Sorry to hear about the trouble you are experiencing with your controller.

Go ahead and start by trying to sync up the controller again by tapping the sync button on both your controller and xbox.

If that doesnt seem to do the trick. Try to do a hard reset of your console by holding your finger on the power button, until the console powers down. Allow a few moments typically a good 30 seconds then start the console back up.

Alternatively if this controller is still under warranty you may head over to support here at Device support. This is where you may lodge a request for a repair.

I have the ssame issure. Console is unresponsive and i have two controllers synced up to it but nothing happens no matter what and it worked fine yesterday and this morning

And now the console is unresponsive to the controller. It seems I am going to have to return it. I've tried hard resets, soft resets. Would there be a way to restore to factory? Then try to set it up again? Would that solve the sync problems?

I just bought the covert forces controller and I'm experiencing the same issue. The d pad is unresponsive. I'm currently in possession of the controller and retail packaging, and it's still unresponsive.
