Controller "stuttering" issue

You can try reinstalling the generic controller driver to see if that does the trick:

Reinstall your controller driver:

Press Windows key + X and select Device Manager > search something like Xbox controller category (or similar) > expand the category using the little arrow (">") > select delete/uninstall driver or the drivers

Click OK, restart your PC and reconnect the controller.

If the issue persists, reinstall/update Plug and Play Software Device Enumerator driver.

You can do it following previous steps, but now select Plug and Play Software Device Enumerator.

Can take a while, would be great to wait up to 15 minutes before trying again

Hello, my controller is the generic type, I already uninstalled ds4 and installed it again and the same problem occurred. With the videos that I sent I know that the controller is not the problem as it works fine without the emulation process, I already did some tweaking and found that in ds4 I don't need to emulate my controller to an Xbox 360 controller and instead it just appears as a ps4 controller.

I believe the problem could be that when it emulates the controller it creates the emulated controller while the original controller is connected and with the help of hidehide I was able to hide the original controller so I don't get the same input twice.

I don't know what else could be but I'm going to write this issue to the developer of ds4windows.

IF you have any ideas what could cause this please feel free to reply.

What controller is the one that you got?
Depending on your answer my assistance can be limited, because these type of problems are common with generic / unofficial controllers

First, can you try uninstalling that ds4windows app?
**Check if all the files and folder related to the program are deleted, and don't forget to restart the PC after that

If that doesn't work, try this:
Open task manager > select the startup tab > disable all the programs listed there temporarily
Restart the PC and try again

Are you using a dual shock controller or an Xbox controller?

I tried on a diferent pc and still has the same problem i tried using the cable and has the same problem and because i was using a cable it automaticly detected as a xbox 360 controller. So windows could be the problem or the driver that detects my controller as an xbox360 controller. This problem from what i see is that when my controller is connected normaly using BT without any emulation it works fine but i cant use in any game, but once i use a cable or use a program to emulate it starts to get this problem.
