Controller stuck in transit, support ticket about to expire.

With issues like these, you will need to contact our live support for them to check your case as they are the only ones who are able to extend your ticket if there's any issue with the returning process.

If you experience any issues requesting a call back or live chat on the Xbox support website, go through Microsoft support. Once you get to the virtual agent just say “Talk to an agent” and select Xbox as the product, and your issue from the list. Select the option “Call me back” or “Live chat”, which shows the estimated wait time/queue.

If you don't see the options to request a call back or chat with support, change your category/topic until you do. If it does not work, please select billing & Subscriptions and "I don't recognize a charge".

I would get in contact with UPS, the package could be stuck in transit somewhere, also with the corona virus pandemic going around, there could be problems with the speed of the mail system, I'd also put in a support ticket to Microsoft just to make sure
something just isn't reporting properly

If your plan expires before it's transitioned, then you won't get the free 3 months. If they do transition your account before it expires, then you will get the free 3 months.

Support no longer uses an email. You can request a call back or chat with support at http://support.xbox.com/contact-us If you don't see those options, change your category/topic until you do. Billing & Subscriptions and "I don't recognize a charge" usually works.

Sorry to hear you're having some issues with your account currency.

It is my understanding that the points in your account prior to the transition would have the June 1, 2015 expiration date. That is only for points that were in your account at the time of transition. Any points or rewards added afterwards would still keep
their listed promo expiration.

If you're showing them as different dates on
commerce.microsoft.com and the points were in your account prior to the transition to currency, your best option moving forward would be to contact
Phone Support to inquire further about your account balance. I would also recommend asking to speak with an Advocacy Agent about your account.

I do see that you spoke with chat support and they directed you here but that was incorrect. You would want to speak with an
Advocacy Agent via phone support.
