    Controller stopping randomly


    This started to happen a few days ago. Whenever I'm playing or just looking around my xbox menu, it just stopped and acted on its own. 1. it moved to the left over and over again without anything moving the joystick. 2. stopped randomly, couldn't control
    a thing. stuck. 2 happened several days leading up to Today, tried Power Sync to fix it? didn't work. How else can i fix this glitch that i may aswell break my xbox for?

    Have you try with USB cable connected to update the firmware?

    The controller is old (wireless) our new (Bluetooth), because if is new and you have a PC with Bluetooth you can try on PC and if see its freeze there too. If that happens its the controller.

    not helpful at all. How do i update my controller if it won’t power on or move? I’ve already updated it. Same thing. Just wait until it happens to you.
