    Salve.Un mese fa spedii il mio controller rotto all'assistenza di xbox in Germania,Francoforte.Qualche giorno dopo mi arrivò l'email in cui mi dissero che mi stavano spedendo il controller sostitutivo ma non mi avevano dato ne codice di tracciamento ne il
    tipo di spedizioniere.A distanza di un mese non ho ne ricevuto il controller,ne avuto un codice di tracciamento.
