Controller shuts off while using headphones

The controller will shut itself down to save power if not used, usually shuts down within 10 minutes. To avoid this, press any button on the controller.

I also want to know how to get this issue resolved. I watch VuDu with my headphones plugged into my controller and it shuts off every 15 minutes. Who at microsoft do we contact to ask for a setting they could add on the xbox to let us toggle this on or
off or a controller firmware update that makes it so it won't turn off if headphones are plugged in?

I am curious, why would I ask Bethesda about this problem?

It may mean that it's the console since it's happening with all controllers as you have mentioned. We need to reset the console keeping your games and apps to delete any corrupted system data that may be causing the issue. Don't worry because as long as you're connected to Xbox Live your saved progress, games, will not be deleted. It will remove all of your accounts but you can add all of them later on.

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.

Select Reset console.

Reset and keep my games & apps.

I'm sorry, that was on me. I'm a bit lost earlier. For the last resort, kindly reset your console removing everything.
