Controller shuts off when i plug in Headset (Poor Customer Retention)

Whenever I plug my Xbox One chat Headset (The one that came with the Console) my controller Shuts off and does not turn back on.

I have spoken with support and I don't want to wait 14 days or have to pay for expedited shipping as I live in a rural area.

Microsoft doesn't seem interested in retention or making their customers happy. I also found it odd that in order to get to a higher form of support that i have to post in the forums were this post will either go unnoticed or will just be overlooked. I love
my xbox one and this is the first issue i have really had with it but Microsoft has made me change my mind and I will be getting a PS4 to continue my gaming needs. I would like people to to read this if you think Microsoft wants to keep you as a customer your
dead wrong, They have no interest of doing so. I work in the Tech industry and there was no form of a retention policy not even offering a free week of Xbox live to cover the time i wouldn't be able to play while my controller was being shipped back and forth.
Head my advice don't waste your time. Together as a community we can teach them that as customer we will not stand for this kind of treatment and show them they are not the only place that we can play our games online. Here's to Hoping i have helped some of

Headset not working

I was having a similar issue and now my controller shuts off when I plug in my Headset

 

When I plug in my headset, my controller shuts off.

Hey there Shadow! Usually when your mic is making a buzzing noise, and controller shutting off that means your batteries are low on fuel. Try to go head and re-charge the batteries, and if that doesn't help, try to use some totally new batteries. Thanks!
