Discus and support Controller shuts down when I️ connect any headset. in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I️ can’t use any headset. Shortly after I️ plug it in my controller shuts down.     Controller shuts down when I️ connect any headset.


    I️ can’t use any headset. Shortly after I️ plug it in my controller shuts down. Please help

    Xbox One Chatpad turns off my console

    When i plug my headset into my chatpad (which i've had for at least 6 weeks) my console shuts down and i have to reboot it. this is very annoying because when my controller automatically turns off after awhile, turning it on also shuts down the console.
    it is a problem with the chatpad, not the controller because when i unplugged the chatpad, and plugged in my headset, it didnt shut down my console. my headset is an afterglow AG6, and my controller is the white edition. please help.

    Xbox one Controller

    I just updated my xbox one controller cause i got the adapter but as soon as it starts updating it shuts off and gives me an error. Then i cycled the power and it updated without any headset or anything but now when i connect the adapter or the wired headset
    that comes with it, it just shuts off completely

    Does anyone know if the Xbox Wireless Headset when connected with the USB-C cable to the Xbox Series X outputs the audio through the cable instead of wirelessly?

    The controller shuts down wireleass when you plug it in, imagine the headset does as well

    Hi,

    I have this every single time I connect my Headset. I can exactly reproduce the issue.

    If Headset is connected and I turn if the console, the console will turn on again and controller can not be paired anymore, no matter how often I try to connect/sync it.

    I HAVE to completely shutdown the Xbox by holding down the power button and just then it's possible again to re-sync the controller. It somehow gets out of sync when I shut down the console while headset is connected. (Steelseries Arctis 9x)

    It's obiuosly a bug which I can reproduce every single time. How can I report this?

    Is your headset by any chance connected to your controller? If so then it's because the Xbox360 controller is not optimized to have a headset connected to it when it's connected to a pc

    Im having the same problem. I updated my controller then, when I plugged my headset into my controller it shuts off. So then I took out the rechargeable batteries and hooked up the power cord to the controller. I then turned on my controller and plugged
    the headset into it and the controller still shut off right away. Ive also did a few power cycling with No success same with a few updates on the controller. Any Help?!?!?!?!?!?
