    Controller service order help.


    I recently put in a service order on my series x controller due to stick drift issues. I received an email from the service department the following day. It reads like i must return my device for the replacement to be shipped. Nowhere in the e-mail or
    in the service order does it say where i need to ship the defective device to? No label, no address, nothing. Do i wait for the replacement to show and then ship the defective unit back? Its my first time using this system and would love some clarity.

    Thank you for your post. When you request a service order for a controller, the controller is normally replaced.

    Hi,

    In order to send your controller to ber serviced; You must create an exchange order for your controller, after that step is completed, you will receive an email with a shipping label attached to it. You must print out the label and paste it in the parcel
    that will have your controller. and then drop it off at a UPS access point.

    You can either create the order by yourself
    here     or you can
    contact support     to do it for you.

    Note: Unless your controller is not Elite Series 2, Your Xbox must be registered in your Microsoft account to start with creating the order.

    Also how or where did you set up a service order for your controller telling you that you need to ship it to the US?

    request a repair    . You just need to set up the repair order, ship the controller to the service center and wait for the controller to be mailed back to you. We hope this information helps

    I would like to inform you about how these Service order for accessories work, firstly being that Microsoft replaced accessories if they are in warranty.

    You can verify the status of you controller warranty by using
    this     link. If you controller is still in warranty, then you will be able to
    create a Service order for your device    .

    However, keep in mind that if you controller is no longer in warranty, then you will not be able get it replaced.
