Controller sent for service - no update?

I understand you need help about your controller that was sent for service.

Just a heads up that there are usually delays on updating the website for your order but the turn around time for controllers being serviced is actually about within 14-21 business days for you to get it back. How long has it been since you sent the controller out?

If you have a tracking number for that, have you also checked where the item is already? Thanks!

I have the same problem after my update today, they now want me to send off my controller and wait for a replacement to be sent to me, I am not happy with this at all it is a very poor service Microsoft are a complete joke!!

I have tried contacting them again through the virtual agent. It asks few questions but is unable to answer and when it comes to contact real person - it says no chat is available for this issue.

According UPS they have delivered to package to the Service Center, so there is no reason to contact UPS in this matter.

I understand it may be slow but you'd think they update package as received in Service Order as soon they signed UPS package received. Just waiting few weeks means the Service Order will close and not only is my controller broken, I sent it to seemingly
in to a empty void leaving me with no controller.

I've been meaning to update this since I sent my controller in for repair and got it back.

As I had feared, the controller I received back had one of the two problems I listed when I sent it in. Specifically it was the issue I mentioned in the footnotes, rather than the one I was locked into when creating the service order. The latter was fixed. For the time being I am holding onto it, however I may send it back to have the second issue repaired in the future when Covid calms down in my area.
