Controller sensitivity differences

Hello, I'm having the same exact issue, I'm replying to you Kathy in hopes this thread hasn't been abandoned.

This also a new issue for me for about a week or slightly more, Xbox Cloud Streaming with Halo Masterchief Collection only, no other games affected. Joysticks are extremely hypersensitive making the game unplayable. Checked in-game settings and lowered all sensitivity, dead spots, etc. with no noticeable difference.

In response to your earlier post:

1. I tried to submit a ticket/help request to Team Xbox at https://support.xbox.com/en-US/contact-us. I'm not sure if there is a more appropriate place to contact them but if you can provide some kind of link or guidance that would be very helpful. I submitted a help request through chat about 45min ago but haven't heard back.

2. I usually use a Nintendo Switch Pro Controller. Bluetooth or Wired both have this issue. I also tried an Xbox One controller bluetooth, same exact problem and again only for Halo, which makes me think this is not a hardware issue. Playing on a macbook pro

3. Google Crome, and I have tried Microsoft Edge. Both browsers are fully updated. Same issue, only for Halo

4. The Switch Pro and Xbox One controllers work fine with other non-streaming games, on this computer and other devices.

I've seen quite a few posts from the last 10 days or so about this on reddit, with verified Microsoft, 343, AND Xbox employees chiming in but still no results unless I'm missing something. So at least it seems it's being reported, but again no solutions and those threads were still active within the last 24 hours.

Any help to resolve this, would be much appreciated. I just want to play Halo again lol.

I'm just using a Xbox offical wireless controller ( I have tried using it with cord as well) I don't have any other consoled I just play using my samsung s21 ultra

Same have you found a fix yet?

Based on your description, you are trying to play Halo on Xbox Cloud Gaming when you notice the controller you are using has been hypersensitive. Let us check on this together and sort this out in timely manner.

To better isolate your issue, we would like to ask for few questions:

1. May we know if you have submitted a feedback to Team Xbox about this issue? Since, you are playing on Xbox Cloud Gaming (Beta) we would encourage you to raise concerns to the team for this platform of gaming is still not stable. There could be a change that may have influence the issue you have had with the controller.
   
2. May we know what controller you are using? Is it part of the supported controllers for Xbox Cloud Gaming? Or are you playing it by connecting your controller wired or wireless?
   
3. May we know if you are playing using a supported browser?
   
4. Are we having issues with the controller when gaming outside Xbox Cloud Gaming?
   

Let us know the answers of our queries and we will get back to you as soon as we can. We may recommend further troubleshooting steps once we have received your answers to the above questions.
