Controller seems to be holding down LT+RT

When booting your Xbox, Hold down LT, RT, and Y on your controller. It will reboot the Xbox auto configuring it to your screen settings.

If you have seen the new friends tab before, sometimes it does seem to disappear and revert to the old look. Try a home screen refresh by holding down LT, RT & Y at the same time and see if it comes back.

@Sip... Hold LT + RT and tap Y, then release, refreshes the home screen. May not fix the bug, but sounds easier than holding down the guide in the hopes that it works again.
