Controller Scheme Layout Setting Xbox One Elite

Does any one know if the Xbox One Elite Controller is able to support a certain layout ( Legacy, Southpaw, etc.) No matter if the game only has the Default setting. I believe it's possible for Microsoft to incorporate some sort of method in which we can
switch the controller joysticks to our preference. If not then the Elite is a waste of money due to it being able to switch buttons to what ever you want but not joysticks. Very disappointing.

If you purchase the Elite Controller which comes out later this year it features a full remap possibility of the controller layout and you can save 2configurations of it

Netflix New Update?

They changed it to the same version the Xbox 360 and PS4 has.

I don't mind the layout, but the old Xbox One Netflix layout was much faster and sharper.

The old Xbox One Netflix button scheme was set in certain way where it won't interrupt a show if you press a button by accident. Now if you accidentally press B for example, it takes you back to the main menu. I hate it.

Hi I have just checked the button mapping for my elite controller and there is the option available to swap sticks and also to swap triggers.

Also try checking the Xbox Accessories app and see if the buttons are swapped in there, and also check your in game button layout and control scheme.

Hi! Usually it's up to the developer how they integrate/use the Xbox controller layout for their games which is why control schemes will vary across different titles.

Did you have a look at the ingame settings for the games you mentioned (like Rocket League or FIFA) in order to make sure these are set to default? If that is the case I'd try using a different controller to make sure that's not the reason for it.
