Controller Rumble Issue (Been through all obvious fixes) - any help would be incredibly...

I haven't been able to get the rumble back at all - I am thinking of going to get a new controller, but I fear it may happen again as I think it's a problem with the console not sending the instruction back to the control to tell it to rumble, sounds like
a patch could fix it, but would like to hear if that's intact in the works... especially before I go dump another $60 on a new control.

That's all the obvious suggestions out of the way and the only other thing I can think of at this point would be to have a look through Ubisoft's support forums for the game to see if any similar issues have been reported. Sorry I couldn't be of more help

I've tried all the obvious things. Multiple controllers, multiple adapters, multiple headsets, updating controllers, firmware updates, etc etc been through a lot of support mazes and nothing has helped thus far.

Unfortunately, that is the deal breaker for me (inability to turn off controller vibrations).

It doesn't matter how much I want the game because I find the rumble feature to be incredibly annoying and it absolutely ruins my gameplay experience for me

If you truly despise rumble, I would recommend disabling the motors in your controller. You would never have to worry about whether a game has settings to turn it off ever again.
