Discus and support Controller Return question in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I am sending in my new controller for replacement. they sent me the returns address but when i type it into fedex im getting Invalid or missing...     I am sending in my new controller for replacement. they sent me the returns address but when i type it into fedex im getting

    Invalid or missing Apartment/Suite For their returns Center in Mcallen tx

    Can anyone tell me if there is a suite number or something else i should put on the label before i ship this out

    Also I've done or the xbox and Microsoft support options ans they all lead to return but the serial number doesn't work and there is no option for elite controllers as linked in main question

    I had the same question yesterday. Someone said that it causes that when the controller vibrates. You could find out if thats the problem. But you better return it and get a new one.

    Ok yeah that's kind of stupid ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

    And the virtual agent keep redirecting to the registering product page.

    Maybe we could put this problem in highlight for microsoft to work on it.
