    Hello,

    So I actually been having some problems with the Cyberpunk 2077 controller and was trying to get some assistance with anything regarding information what i could do in regards of a return or repair. The joysticks already have drift after using it for maybe only 2 months and the buttons go in way further then normal and doesn't feel right. Kept using because I didn't want to be that person contacting but seems like the controller might not hold out for over a year due to all the problems.

    Called the phone line twice only to be hung up on after 45 minutes the first time and couldn't seem to help me in the problem the second time. Tried the chat but the tech kept telling me to go to a controller repair shop but that would void the warranty and just wanted to get a replacement or something.

    Just wanted to get help on submitting a controller repair form but when doing it myself, Got notified several days later that the order was closed even after submitting the photos needed for the replacement. Just wanted to get some information regarding all of this because I have not been getting any help and is exhausting because I really liked the controller and is very dis-heartening after trying multiple ways to contact support but no one is able to help me with the issue only to get my ticket closed with no help regarding it.

    Any help or feedback would be great! Thank you.

    what happened is voice control opened up another game and closed fortnite on my xbox, i was in the middle of playing it and boom, it just closed with no pre warning. i must of said something to my teammate and voice control misheard me.

    Hello again, really your situation is unusual especially when it comes to controls in Europe, I even send my 3x control for repair and never had problems.

    However in cases like this only support can give you some guidance, that's why they have access to your account and the information of what happened to your control and your compensation.

    This happen to me last month. I accidentally brought a game I already had. I know its silly but were all humans and make mistakes. You already did what was ask of you but it is totally up to microsoft.

    Your email should explain why your request is getting denied. Mines get denied only because I wrote the wrong date. So i had to resubmit my request with the correct information and then my request was approve. So make sure your correctly inputting all
    the information.
