    still waiting on mine, the first rep i spoke to said 10-15 days then another rep was like no they made a mistake it should take 12-18 days yet they cant provide me with a DHL tracking number, i am going to give it to Monday if nothing been received by then
    its going to be a trip to Trading Standards, this is so stupid that a controller takes this long to be replaced, and worst thing is it will prob happen again,

  3. So i contact MS customer support and they say I have to pay to send it back to the Czech Republic again before they replace the controller, there is no way I am going to pay to have it send there again. Cost me nearly £15 last time. They better do something
    about it or I may have to do something about it myself

    I'm in the same boat it seems. It's been nearly 30 business days since my defective Day One controller arrived at MS's depot and I still have yet to receive a replacement. For the longest time, MS said they couldn't locate the controller, and I thought
    maybe my mail carrier lost it, so I've had opened a ticket at both MS and the mail carrier. Until about a week ago, I got an email from MS's group stating they're sending me a replacement finally, but that'll take another 10 business days to ship, which is
    already ridiculous considering it's been so long already. I'm really quite disappointed with Xbox support here, I expected a lot more for such a large company. Sony's support was bad too when I had an issue related to my PS4, but this is definitely far worse.
    I pray I never have any other issues with my Xbox One, because I could not deal with this kind of terrible service again...

    I've received 2 weeks ago a mail from MS that the new Controller has been sent.

    Have a guess... Still no Controller received!

    I'm still waiting from 12.3.2014 for the replacement of the xbox one Controller.

    TERRIBLE!

    I was really a xbox fanboy over years... but in the meanwhile I'm suggesting my friends to get the PS4 instead the xbox.

    I finaly got my new controller yesterday after 2,5 months!

    They had a wrong notation of my address!

    i received my new controller in May sometime and guess what it lasted 2 months analogue stick once again broke on 8 July :-( my next controller will be the 4th one, its getting ridiculous now they aren't lasting long at all, they must be cheap, all my XBONE
    controllers now have all broke the same way left analogue stick just popping out of position, now i have to wait another 6 weeks for another controller, soon iam going to have to take a trip to trading standards i have no other option Microsoft are taking
    us for fools

    Replace a faulty replacement controller?

    Hi there

    I have tried this and I keep getting “phone calls and web chat is not available for this issue” and the virtual assistant is constantly pushing that I pay for a replacement.

    This is poor customer service. I shouldn’t have to pay another £75 for a replacement controller that may not last 5 months, like the replacement I already have!

    This is really getting frustrating.

    It is generally a 14-21 day turn around here in the U.S.

    If you are outside the U.S. this could differ. Head to this website and it should automatically load your region as well as the correct info for your region. Unless of course you have changed it in the past. If you do need to make a change to show the correct
    region, on the bottom of any xbox.com page in the left hand corner click whatever country is listed and make the change accordingly.

    When I originally applied for a replacement they told me I wouldn't have to send my controller off then they proceeded to send me a battery door!! When I contacted xbox support again they told me that as far as they were concerned the matter was closed and
    resolved, good job I didn't send my controller!!

    I've got extended warranty too so hopefully it won't be long
