    Hi,

    I've sent on 12.3. my Xbox One Controller to MS for exchange because a trigger got broken.

    After 2 Weeks a contacted the support and asked how long it will take to get the new one. The support told me that a new one was alreay sent on 18.3 and it will take 7-10 days till it arrives. After 10 Days I contacted the support again because I haven't
    received a package. Then they told me that it can take up to 20 days.

    So I waited 10 days and contacted again the support. The support agent has created a internal ticket and asked me to wait 7 days till the check where the controller is and what happened. They will contact me...

    After 10 days again NO! feedback from Microsoft and again I had to contact the Microsoft Support. The agent told me that he will check that internaly and for the inconvenience I got 1 month Xbox live. I told the Agent that I don't need any Xbox live because
    I've already 12 Months and what should I do with Xbox live when I can't use it? Who will compensate the 7 weeks where I was not able to use Xbox live? Normaly they should send me a code for more then 1 Month!

    Last but not least the Agent was not able to tell me when I will get contacted and when I will receive the new controller.

    In Fact I'm now waiting 7! Weeks and nobody helped me in that case.

    I'm very disappointed and angry in the meantime.

    I was going to send a faulty controller and I got told it can take up to 3 weeks for turn-a-round!

  5. M1ro your not the only one. They lost my controller and are telling me I need the tracking number so they can find it and without it I can't get my controller back. I am getting very frustrated and I'm about to sell all Xbox stuff and grab a PS4.

    What a nerve!!

    Maybe I will sell my Xbox One too and grab a PS4!

    Normally when they lost a controller they should immediately send a new one and for the inconvenience and for the time I've waited they should send a controller for free oder 12 months abo of xbox live and not 1 month!

    I'm going through this [Mod Removed] with Microsoft myself, they should issue a like for like replacement of the pad. We should not have to wait over 2 weeks to get it back, this is the worst customer service we could possibly receive after
    spending so much on our new consoles. They offered 3 months gold for free but it doesn't wash with me, that does not make up for the inconvenience we will have to put up with. This policy needs to be changed and only if enough people complain will the higher
    ups take notice of how dissapointed and let down we are! I don't want to have to move over to the dark side after so many good years of playing my Xbox but its looking likely!

  10. That would be a good thing to have, I'm also thinking about speaking to ign and other gaming figures to see if they can raise the topic to get it noticed more. This policy has infuriated me and I'm going to do everything I can to make them notice us (their
    so called valued customers).

    hello, i am in the same boat as you lot, i am now on my 3rd xbox one and will be on my 3rd controller, 1st xbox one was fine, i beleive it was the second or third day my day one controller analogue stick kept on clicking when moved in a circular motion,
    i had that replaced from where i had purchased it as they still had day ones in stock, replaced after 3 days no problem only thing was they had to replace the whole system so no xbox for 3 days, the second xbox was received and a chip on the side looked like
    it had been dropped, i still have the photos for proof, so what i did was the advance exhange with microsoft ok 7 days not a problem, then slowly but slowly the controller i knew was going to go soon the A button was starting the stick a little bit got video
    for proof, it sometimes does it on my brothers day one controller aswell, but it soon sorted it self out, until one day was playing Forza 5 no lie about to start the race so trigger was held in, the trigger no lie got stuck and wouldnt release until the controller
    vibrated weird i know, look a left corner i think and pop goes the analogue stick again, the first controller analogue stick went on FIFA 14, anyways it has been 2 weeks to the exact since micorsoft has had the controller, just received an email from micorsoft
    saying it could take up to 28 days to recieive new controller, so let me get this right i sent controller on 12 April, they receive it on 16 April, email me on 28 APril saying it can take 28 days to get new controller, so my new controller should be here 28
    May lol what do i do until then microsoft i am not buying a new controller for something that is your fault and is happening to others, they offered no compensation for my loss of xbox live no free game which i should be entitled to as my XB is just left connected
    to the Sky box left in TV everyday, Microsoft you are not looking after your customers at all, if i could turn back time i would have never have brought this machine a waste of £430, i will be posting this on IGN, N4G, EUROGAMER where ever i can aswell this
    is not fair microsoft you just want our money and do not care about us, so unhappy with you and your service

    I too have had this problem with Microsoft. They received my controller 2nd week in March and claimed to have sent me a replacement controller. The tracking number for said controller was bogus. I contacted them and after six weeks I have no controller.
    They are now blaming the problem on stock issues. Sony replace your controllers straight away, no need to send it away to the Czech Republic at our expense. I have already contacted the advocacy team several times regarding the controller. It is rediculous
    that one we have to pay to send our controllers off and 2 have to wait over a month if ever to receive a replacement. The console I sent in for repair was returned to me in a worse state than sent in as well. Scratches to the glossy part of console and sounded
    like a jet taking off.

    Microsoft you really need to sort yourselves out, no wonder the PS4 is outselling the Xbox One by 3 million units. Poor customer service, poor product, we have all had enough of the lies and want what we paid for. I myself am owed a new console and a Day
    One Edition controller.

    they didn't even give me a tracking number, just gave me an excuse that they send controllers in bulk or something i have the convo saved but still you get a tracking number, they promised me i would get it on or before 30 April, well its 30th Microsoft
    and guess what still no controller, how on earth does it take this long is beyond me, for paying £428 i never expected to get treated like this, i dont know what else to do apart from keep reporting it to gaming sites, last option is to keep messaging major
    nelson and phil spencer and flood their twitter pages with the problem to get their attention,and i bet 100% the new controller will have something wrong with it if not it will prob go just like the last two controllers, how much did they pay to invest in
    the controller, seems like a waste of money now

  15. They don't even bother to check their own forums. My controller still not arrived after nearly 8 weeks. This is beyond a joke Microsoft. Just make yourself heard on reddit etc. They may listen if enough people boycott their product.
