Controller Replacement Page Loop

I have an issue with my elite controller series 2 which requires service or replacement, I went through the right channels to do so but the web page keeps looping me infinitely, I’ve had to input my serial number like 3 times and its not going anywhere.

also to add I am completely sure the serial number is correct as I have verified this device prior to requesting a replacement.

Thank you for reaching Microsoft Xbox Forum support. If you wish to request the replacement yourself I would advise you to change the browser or the device you are using and try again; However, you can get your controller exchanged through our online customer
support as well. You will find below the link to our online support, all you need to do is access it, click on the green button that says "contact us" and take it from there.

Hey there fdjikic.

Sorry to hear about the controller troubles you're experiencing! When your controller is unplugged does the light on the controller flash at all or does it remain off? It almost sounds like the batteries aren't holding a charge and may require a replacement.

Have you tried multiple browsers and/or cleared your cache on your current browser?
