    Controller replacement or repair?


    I have an elite series 2 controller that will not work so I want to get it repaired or replaced and it will not let me register it as a device on Microsoft no matter how many times I enter the serial number. I have tried every single way to contact someone from Microsoft and I’ve gotten sent to AI giving me useless information and to try the same thing I’ve been trying the whole time. Why isn’t there a giant number on the website where I can actually talk to someone for help?

    It would probably be wise to remove your order number from this post, for the sake of privacy. I don't think anybody on the forums can give you an update on your controller replacement unfortunately, you'd have to contact Xbox Support directly for that.

    Keep in mind while your issue is very important to you keep in mind there are alot of requests going on with limited resources. Things will take more time but you can definitely check with your status with the support team.
