    Controller replacement not working on Xbox website


    I have a series X controller that has a drift issue on one joystick and the other joystick is hyper sensitive.

    I went through the process on the Xbox website of checking eligibility and mine is eligible for warranty replacement (obviously).

    When i click on the link that says "request a controller replacement", nothing opens. Well, a broken page opens that says "login.microsoftonline.com refused to connect"

    I have tried multiple browsers and set security settings to be as open as possible, but I keep getting the same error.

    How do I go about requesting a replacement? I can't find an email or phone number to call anywhere.

    Thanks for responding.. the controller wasn't crashing..Microsoft's website kept crashing when I was trying to replace my controller online through the warranty website

    the device support website     through multiple devices, we suggest
    reaching out to Xbox support     for assistance with setting up a repair order. You can choose to request a call back or live chat with an agent. You may need to adjust your selections in order to get these options to appear. Be sure to let us know the results
