Controller replacement issue

I had a fault with one of my controllers and got that replaced but I have another fault with the second one as well. When I try to log that MS just cancel the call saying it's a duplicate. The two controllers have different serial numbers but are registered
against the same console.

Anyone know a way to get this sorted out?

Thanks for the tip. Sorted out over the phone. I had to choose an option to cancel subscription to get the call back option.

The easiest you can do is go to an official Microsoft store with your resulting and reviewing the product's guarantee that I did with an Xbox that turned off so

When you go to Contact Us,follow these steps to request a call from support:

Step 1 ----click on Contact us
Step 2 ----under what you having trouble with select Subscriptions & billing
Step 3-----under what is the issue I can't redeem a code then hit next

Step 4 ----scroll down to select request a call

Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.

as above or i opted for a call back and sorted it out over the phone was a lot easier
