    Controller repair - Wrong address of Singapore repair center.


    Repair Order: # 1427019725

    Sending address : Aperia (Annex) 12 Kailang AVE #03-23 S339511 Singapore

    According to Chat support guide, Lastweek, I sent my faulty controller to above address.

    But, Today, Singpost messaged me the delivery was failed as below.

    Before deliver my controller, I checked with Xbox customer team several times.

    I really disappoint with Xbox customer care team. They gave me wrong information

    and I spent a lot of time to handle this issue.

    How I handle this cases?

    so UPS took my cinsole to Germany... how do I track the repair?

    Does the repair center have a phone number or email address?

    XBOX ONE ERROR E102

    Please first follow the instructions for troubleshooting error E102 here:
    https://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-one/console/startup-error-solution     Click on E102 and follow the instructions to fix it. It includes a special boot to the troubleshooter menu and a factory reset.

    If you need a repair if the above does not work, your best bet would be to use the repair center here:

    1. Register your device via serial number.

    2. Click on start a service order or warranty repair.

    3. Click what your problem is and start a repair.

    You will be presented with a prepaid label for shipping but if you are not, you will have to contact xbox support here to help you with this unusual problem:

    You don't simply send it in to a repair center or call the repair center, you use the link I used up there to set up a repair.

    I already contacted and they gave me new address.. I really upset this situation

    and there is no compensation.

    I spent too much times to handle this cases and money as well. (because of self-delivery option)

    They just say "Sorry" that's all.

    you would think that, there is some repairs done in Ireland and my company also does warranty and insurance repairs on them, validated by microsoft too.

    No, there isn't one near Nuneaton. The closest is Germany. You would have to set up a repair order.
