Controller repair status

My xbox controller has been randomly disconnecting for about 2 months now and the other day it decided it no longer wanted to turn on. I managed to find where to request a replacement controller as it is still under warranty. I then got an email through
4 days ago stating the colour I have is no longer in stock and they gave me a choice of three different colours. I replied to this email with my choice but I have not heard anything since and I cannot find where to check the status of my repair. It always
directs me to the devices page which doesn't list or allow me to add my controller to. I also tried to chat with someone or request a call back but these are not an option on their system for my issue. Anyone know how I can check the status?

Hello Jacob, I'm sorry that you havn't had an update or a reply from microsoft. By clicking https://account.microsoft.com/devices/ I believe this only shows you larger
devices such as consoles, computers ect which is probably why it isn't picking up your singular device. Replacements can take longer especially if you live outside of the country. If I were you, I would send them more emails until you do get a reply to keep
on track of your controller replacement.

I can’t check the repair status because The controller is no longer listed as one of my devices. And I can’t try connecting it to the Xbox because I sent it into be repaired. So,

microsoft only repairs controllers within the warranty period, outside of it only repairs consoles.

there is chat support, on the status page, there is an online chat option, but they will go through the same procedures.

Thanks for the info already tried that, checked the courier and my xbox has been delivered to the label address I got sent from microsoft but it's strange that the repair status isn;t displayed on my repair page when I check it.
