Controller repair order

Hello dear Xbox Community,

I have a question regarding an ongoing repair order for my Xbox controller. On the 10/9/19 I sent my controller to its way to Microsoft because of a broken button (RT did not work properly). And since then I never heard anything back from them even though
in the status of my account it says "the device has been sent" (back to me).

Im waiting more then 7 weeks already and I'm kinda courious if I ever will receive my controller back?

I tried contacting the support but they never tell me whats up with the repair order and can't provide any usefull information...Did anyone have the same experience with that type of issue? Who can I ask to get an actual answer where my device is?

Im from europe (germany) btw.

Hi,

no I did not receive any tracking code.

I just checked my email and no, I also did not receive any tracking code. I only got an email informing that my device has been sent towards me but without a tracking code. Said email is 7 weeks old now and I still dio not have my controller.

Do you have the post office tracking code so you can track your order?

Did you check in the email if any code arrived?

I tried requesting a call from the support but if I select my country (germany) and put in my number I get a message "Sorry, we're having trouble connecting you. Feel free to try again or ask another question."

Edit: Unfortunately the only option to contact support for me is through chat which I tried, but the people where not able to provide me with any info

Step 2 ----Select See other options

Step 3 ----Select topic (Ex. System Update)

Step 4 ----Select "Show contact options"

Step 5 ----Select request a call from support

You can't register the controller. You'll need to contact Xbox Support. Make sure you have a copy of your receipt.

There are no repairs done for the controller, only replacements.

If Xbox Support creates a repair order for the controller you'll have to pay for shipping to send your controller into the repair center.
